People's concern about Subic Bay being polluted and SBMA not doing action to an urgent environmental problem. This video was recently taken to check the extent of pollution in Subic Bay. This writer will coordinate with concerned agencies such as Water Regulatory Board, DENR, SBMA and the local government units to try to work on a solution to this problem. muntik nanaman ako mabigyan ng ticket knina... overspeeding daw e im like going 40-60 kph lang, this is not the first time, but i dunno.. i seem to be the lucky one bec. i always get away with it, ok ima share with you some tips: just follow these simple steps, 1: appear to be calm but act a lil bit shocked if he tells u you're overspeeding/changing lanes/ignoring the big red stop sign etc.. 2: act innocent 3: flash those pearly whites or in my case dorky bakals (braces) 4: the puppy eyes effect 5: batt those eyelashes-it's a classic 6: if he still doesn't buy it, look as if you might cry and/or throw a fit 7: running fingers through hair (my personal favorite and the most effective) 8: look intently into his eyes, say something like as if you agree with whatever the heck he's saying, nod often and then smile...slowly.
