Polluting Subic Bay
People's concern about Subic Bay being polluted and SBMA not doing action to an urgent environmental problem. This video was recently taken to check the extent of pollution in Subic Bay. This writer will coordinate with concerned agencies such as Water Regulatory Board, DENR, SBMA and the local government units to try to work on a solution to this problem.
