1 Comment: Shay Cullen has many people fooled. But he seldom tells the complete truth. For example, in the article, he states clearly that he established Preda for the welfare of children. Perhaps not in such a concise manner as I put it, but he avoids completely the fact that Preda was founded on the helping of drug abusers and alcoholics OF ANY AGE (Second objective, purpose number one of the original Articles of Incorporation dated June 3, 1974). No one seems to question the sanity of mixing drug addicts with sexually abused children, do they? Then he goes on telling about how he and Preda are going about getting children out of jail, but fails to mention that Shay Cullen and several of his staff are on record filing cases AGAINST children, my son being one of the children so charged! Naturally, Shay Cullen has for the past eleven years tried to discredit me in my efforts to obtain justice for my children, and although my daughter had an intact hymen going into Preda, she was raped ...
