A letter addressed to the council secretary was handed over this afternoon.
It seeks the secretary's confirmation that indeed signed resolution 109 does not exist.
This page was fueled by Ms. Salmon's certification, hopefully, her confirmation that they do not have a signed resolution 109 will put things in proper order. I have no doubt that even if they print another copy of reso 109, nobody will have the nerve to sign it. thus... no need to repeal it.
