OUR LEGAL OFFICER RESPONDED TO IT WITH BELOW LETTER

This was not the first time that an alleged burglary took place in Vista Marina. I remember the good mayor, Hon. Bong Gordon, Jr., discussing and referring such an incident to the SBMA authorities, the hotel being inside the Freeport and within SBMA's jurisdiction.

May I suggest that Dr. Bautista, or anybody with the same experience, consult a reputable lawyer, as liability would rest not only on the owner of the hotel must bear the legal consequences as well -- i.e., for civil damages and administrative sanctions by the SBMA.
