It's really sad to know accidents like these (HANJIN) happens specially in a shipyard. Constant education and training updates are major keys to execute safety awareness. Even here Ed at E&J Gallo Winery, we are really very strict in implementing safety awareness thru our Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program. Important things like the lockout/tagout procedures of any electrical, machineries, proper lifting and lowering is a must, otherwise lose your life or you lose your job.
