Smuggled Luxury Vehicle's destruction

Has anyone bothered to check to see if these vehicles were stolen from other countries? It is very common for vehicles stolen in the U.S. to be shipped overseas.

I think that the serial #'s on these cars should be interpoled prior to their destruction. Just a thought!
