Unfortunately, Anvaya Cove is so outragiously priced, that most Balikbayans would rather spend their money retiring in the states.

Retireing in the Philippines would mean affordable house and land, not makeing high monthly payments as we now do here in the U.S.

There are much, much better deals for retirees throughout the Philippines.

They need to focus strictly on Californian expats.
