comment on post "Olongapo village named 2006 Barangay of the Year":

Is this why Carlito Baloy attempts to sweep every complaint under the rug?

Is this why a racist attitude prevails at the barangay hall?

Is this why many of the "Tanods" are either drunk or high on Shabu nightly?

Is this why, since Carlito Baloy has been the barangay captain, crime & specifically Shabu use has skyrocketed?

All of this in an attempt to protect Carlito's precious barangay record so he can say he is No.1...all the while the residents of Barrio Barretto suffer from the injustices of a corrupt barangay. Don't believe me? Conduct your own investigation.

"Barangay of the year?" I doubt the people here would agree with that.
