Olongapo Subic Mobile Cell-Phone SIM Card Mandatory Registration CPRS Survey

With the government's plan to implement mandatory cellphone SIM card registration, the National Telecommunications Commission is set to conduct a public hearing on the matter tentatively scheduled next week. As Chairman of the City's Telecommunications Board -- this writer would like to solicit comments -- either for or against -- that we will bring to the public hearing. Please feel free to post it at Olongapo-Subic.Com for short comments or email to telecom@olongapo-subic.com for your detailed position on the issue. You can also simply cast your vote here in order to be counted.
