comment on post "SBMA approves $7.5 M in fresh investments

Its nice to hear SBMA pronouncements on new investments. I hope that these are real and long term. But what is worrying is that SBMA cannot seem to cope up with the times. SBMA does not even have an updated website, which is basic need of an organization such as SBMA.
Internally, SBMA has to improve with more professional and competent people, and lesser police/military personnel.

I agree with the comment given above, in the last informal meeting of IT professionals in the Subic Bay - Olongapo City area, there were negative comments with regards to SBMA's MIS Department.
Was it true that Mrs. Sanqui who heads the MIS Department is not qualified to lead the outfit but was simply accomodated because she and her husband, SBMA Deputy Administrator Mar Sanqui jumped to Payumo's side of the fence when the war was happenning way back 1998?
