comment on post "Another vessel dumps oily mess

Mon San Juan has new comment on post "Another vessel dumps oily mess in Subic Bay":

SBMA has patrol boats supposed to cover the Subic Bay area. Their presence alone can deter ships passing by from throwing garbage and other pollutants, unless SBMA does not really patrol the area.

Games for the Brain

During breaktime, office workers may opt to take a snack, smoke, talk on the phone and others just to relax and take their mind off from work - even for a couple of minutes. If you're the type who loves to play games during lunch breaks or after office hours, you may want to try the site Games for the Brain.

Games for the Brain offer 32 free online games to entertain / relax you or maybe drain your brain some more. Some of the games are as follows:

1. Sudoko
Fill all rows, columns and 3x3 regions with exactly one instance of the numbers 1 to 9. CNN calls Sudoku (also known as Su Doku or Number Place) a "maddeningly addictive Japanese number logic puzzle which has become a bona fide craze."

2. SquareWord
A nine square box containing letters will be displayed. Letters are in order, start at any single square, and flow in horizontal or vertical direction and guess the word.

3. What Was There?
An image will be displayed. Memorize the image and answer a question on it later on.

4. LetterMaze
Memorize the 2 words - then spell them by moving your mouse through the maze.

5. MasterMind
After you memorized the images, one will be replaced and positions are shuffled. Then pick the image that was replaced.

6. What Word?
A definition will be given and you will be asked to determine the word defined.

7. Speed Read
A word / phrase will be displayed briefly and ou will be asked to type the full phrase after seeing it briefly.

8. I Will Read Your Mind
You will be asked to mentally pick one card and memorize it, and the website will guess the card you selected.

Whether you're a gamer or not, I can assure you that you will enjoy this site. You may come out learning a thing or two as well. Not bad benefit for short break right?

Have Fun!

comment on your post "Splitting top Subic positions a mistake":

Yes, there are many problems with splitting top positions. Too many internal groups within the SBMA identified with the different heads create a very slow moving bureaucracy. But you did not mention the military group in SBMA which actually controls operations, maybe even more powerful that both the Chairman and the Administrator.

girl has the right to say no even at the last minute

MIA: And almost always girls don't force themselves on unwilling guys.
MIA: Guys are playful all the time, flirt almost all the time, and mislead girls of what they feel almost all the time but girls accept it as it is.
MIA: I do believe every girl has the right to say no even at the last minute.
MIA: This is not a pre-colonial era in case you're still stuck in that age.
MIA: She might be looking for a guy but that doesn't justify what the 4 GIs did.
JK: Wish the Defense would Go there and talke photo's of the place. The "poor girl" was there and looking. Not saying it did not happen. But everyone needs to know where it all started at.
JK: The Bar where the girl was picked up at is a "Free Lance Bar" Every girl in there is looking for a guy.

comment on your post "Blackwater

Rey has left a new comment on your post "Blackwater USA challenged on Philippines plans":
i'm an active military personnel, viewing from the way we soldiery live, i don't see why most of us would opt to be a mercenary. same hardship, same risks but higher pay and better future for our families. when lowly soldiers and die in the field or streets, their families are left to starve.
