With the government's plan to implement mandatory cellphone SIM card registration, the National Telecommunications Commission is set to conduct a public hearing on the matter tentatively scheduled next week. Too many internal groups within the SBMA identified with the different heads create a very slow moving bureaucracy. But you did not mention the military group in SBMA which actually controls operations, maybe even more powerful that both the Chairman and the Administrator.
